From NorInsect's insect production, frass is a natural residual product. Frass has a favourable NPK profile and is therefore suitable as an organic fertiliser. In addition, the frass contains chitin, which can help promote plant growth and strengthen plants' defenses against stress.

NorInsect produces frass in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Our insects eat vegetable residues from the local food industry.
