Aslak Lie

Board member

Aslak Lie holds a degree in economics from NHH Norwegian School of Economics with a specialization in financial management. After nine years at OrklaFoods in various roles in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, he founded Vestkorn Milling in 2009. The company was developed into one of Europe's leading producers of pea protein and faba protein and was sold to dsm-firmenich in the fall of 2021. Since February 2024, Aslak has been working as an advisor and investor through his own company.

Aslak has extensive experience in the protein industry and hands-on experience in establishing, leading, and developing Vestkorn.
