Øyvind Wathne Aasmyr

Øyvind Wathne Aasmyr holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics, with specialization in finance. Øyvind has extensive experience from capital markets and has worked in leading investment firms within corporate finance / investment banking for almost 15 years. In addition to having experience in facilitating share issues and IPOs, he has broad experience and expertise in M&A with a particular focus on technology companies in the energy, oil service, aquaculture and maritime sectors. He has also served as CFO in an entrepreneurial company within materials technology and has experience working in boards, both as board member and chairman.
